Remember that the deadline to request a return is 10 days from when you received the product and it must be returned in the same conditions in which we delivered it to you! We do not accept returns of used products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at  ventas@talleressustentables.com  . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Claims must be made within a maximum period of one month from the receipt of the order.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well.
